Commissioner Yacovone was joined by DCF Family Services Division Deputy Commissioner Cindy Walcott, Youth Development Committee Board President Nick Gee, State Youth Development Program Coordinator Katherine Boise, and Americorps VISTA member Quinn Lockwood who also signed the bill.
