Hello,

I'm writing to clear a few things up for people. There are certain people who clearly just don't understand. My wife and I aren't making money off of donations. The Causes donation to the Right --> is a charity donation to the Vitamin D Council. The picture is my facebook profile image. So for those who wish to throw accusations that We're "exploiting" my daughter for money... Do some research. We aren't taking money, we are just supporting the donation of money to an important cause. Next time do some RESEARCH before you throw out fraudulent accusations. Thank you.

For the rest of you who actually care about family values and the importance of bonding, I urge you to support the "Cause" to the right. As you can see, the government even likes to twist donations and charities against families that support them. Again, I urge you to at least look at our cause and think for yourself. Best of luck to you.

April is Child Abuse Prevention Month! So let us spread awareness, and help stop "Child Protective Services" from abusing our children and families. Let us stop the extortion, kidnap, racketing, blackmail, fraud, malpractice, health violations, intimidation, neglect, child abuse, secrecy and terrorism. Thank You.

The 'I lied to the police and got him thrown in jail' act

What's in a name? You are probably for reauthorization of the "Violence Against Women Act." Whereas you may not be in favor of reauthorizing the 'I lied to the police and got him thrown in jail for 10 months' act. And yet the two are the very same piece of legislation.

As the Independent Institute's Mary Theroux points out , VAWA has changes in it that essentially violate the rule of law.

"This Act goes far beyond simple discrimination to actively circumvent law as we understand it: accusers need provide no proof and are not held accountable for lying. The accused can and are summarily jailed, denied access to their children, and put under restraining orders on nothing more than the say-so of a woman who may very well be acting out of anger, a desire to retain marital property or sole custody of their children, or just plain whimsy.

VAWA "has redefined “domestic violence” to include dirty looks, name calling, or simply the “intuition” (imagination) of a woman that the accused is thinking ill thoughts."

And as Theroux highlights from a "Dr. Phil" clip, if VAWA is reauthorized it will become the law of the land that a woman can get her husband thrown in jail for 10 months because "he disrespected" but did not hit or punch her.  

Oh, and by the way, VAWA has been around since the Clinton years and has been totally ineffective . A family violence expert said, "There is no evidence that VAWA has led to a decrease in violence against women."

There is also an illegal immigration component that is a slap in the face of current law . "For Hispanic voters, [Sen. Patrick] Leahy added a provision to increase by 50 percent the number of visas given to immigrants who claim to need to stay in the country to help criminal investigations. Ranking committee member Sen. Chuck Grassley, Iowa Republican, was outvoted when he tried to include reasonable limitations on granting these visas, such as requiring that the crime be under active investigation and not beyond the statute of limitations."

Oh, one more small item of note: VAWA was found unconstitutional by the Supreme Court.

A leading psychiatrist faces extraordinary claims he deliberately misdiagnosed parents with mental disorders – decisions which meant their children were taken away from them.

Dr George Hibbert faces being struck off over his conclusions that hundreds had ‘personality disorders’ after assessing them at his private family centre.

He was paid hundreds of thousands of pounds by social services for the reports which tore children from their parents – many of them young mothers.

He is now being investigated over shocking suggestions he distorted the assessments to fit the view of social services. 

In one case, he is alleged to have wrongly diagnosed a ‘caring’ new mother –  named only as Miss A – with bipolar disorder because her local authority wanted the  baby adopted.

After being confronted with this allegation, Dr Hibbert offered to surrender his licence to practise as a doctor rather than face a General Medical Council inquiry. 

But his request has been rejected by the GMC which says there are still ‘unresolved concerns regarding his fitness to practise’. He will now face a full fitness to practise hearing. 

Yesterday John Hemming MP, who has raised concerns about Dr Hibbert in Parliament, described the claims as shocking. 

The Lib Dem MP – alerted by a whistle-blower – said he had since spoken to ‘three or four’ other families who said the same had happened to them.

He has written to Justice Secretary Ken Clarke demanding a full parliamentary inquiry.

Mr Hemming said: ‘He is someone about whom a number of people have complained. I am told that at least one person has refused to work for him because of what she saw as his unethical provision of reports to suit the demands of local authorities.

‘Much of the decision making in care proceedings rests on reports from experts such as Dr Hibbert,’ he told Parliament.

He added that supposedly independent experts such as Dr Hibbert, 59, were often little more than ‘the hired gun of the local authority’.

The lack of transparency over such experts was leading to ‘thousands of miscarriages of justice in care proceedings’.

Earlier this week, a study for the Family Justice Council revealed how life-changing decisions about the care of children are routinely being made on the basis of flawed evidence. A fifth of ‘experts’ who advise the family courts are unqualified.

Dr Hibbert charged local authorities £6,000 a week for every family in his care and £210 an hour just to read documents such as medical records.

By 2007 his company, Assessment in Care, was making a profit of around £460,000 a year from  his lucrative arrangement with social services. 

He is now worth more than  £2.7million. Last night a black Porsche Turbo, thought to be worth around £120,000, and a grey Porsche 911 Carrera, worth around £80,000, were parked on the gravel driveway outside his £500,000 country cottage.

A former honorary lecturer at Oxford University, who has previously advised the government on care assessments, Dr Hibbert left the NHS to set up his private assessment centre in 2000.

Since then, hundreds of parents in contact with social services – usually mothers and babies – have been referred to his centre to  be assessed.

Concerns were first raised in 2007, when mother Miss A complained that Dr Hibbert had wrongly diagnosed her with a bipolar disorder. 

One consultant psychiatrist accused Dr Hibbert of having ‘no evidence’ for some of his claims and of deliberately ‘exaggerating’ and ‘misrepresenting’ aspects of the woman’s behaviour.

Her report is among a number of documents being examined by the GMC with regards to Dr Hibbert.

Miss A, who has seen her son just a few times since, said Dr Hibbert was ‘corrupt and evil.’ 

‘Nothing will ever make up for what he has done to me and my child,’ Miss A said. ‘I want to make sure this man is exposed and that he can never do this to anybody else.’ 

In a letter sent to Miss A, a GMC investigations officer confirmed Dr Hibbert ‘has now applied for voluntary erasure from the medical register’.

The letter continued: ‘He has no intention of returning to clinical practice in the future.’

However, the GMC officer concluded it was in the ‘public interest’ for his request to be denied ‘in view of the nature of the performance allegations and in the view of the conduct concerns.’ 

He has not been available for comment at his two-storey detached cottage in the small village of Blunsdon near Swindon. His assessment centre next to his home appeared to be closed.

A spokesman for Dr Hibbert at the Medical Protection Society, the indemnity organisation for doctors, said professional confidentiality meant Dr Hibbert was ‘unable to comment on allegations raised in relation to care of a patient’. 

Paul Grant, of Bernard Chill & Axtell Solicitors, who represents Miss A, said: ‘Our client has instructed us to launch proceedings against Dr Hibbert and the local authority. 

‘We believe this distressing case may be the tip of a very big iceberg.’

Confessions of a Child Protective Service Headhunter 

These dirty games have been suspected for a long, long time. False domestic violence claims are prevalent. These confessions explain how it works, … all over the country. This is not for the children, but for the government money afforded to these agencies, which will do anything to justify their existence. Thanks should be in order to those coming clean, as their lives are now in danger for speaking out. 

The following is a transcription of an audio tape from a former Child Protective Service Headhunter.  Exclusive interview provided to journalist Georgie Hampton…..part 3 of 3.(where marked (x-x), signifies the recording was unclear to transcribe)

   

My name is Black Michael and I granted way of Canada and Australia and the world my exclusive story as a retired headhunter who is trying to make amends for the over 25,000 children removed over a twenty-two year period. 

 CPS and other agencies paid me to falsify information to make these children wards of the court.  As I said last week my job was to locate families on welfare, low income, low I.Q. or the least likely to be able to afford counsel that could get them their children returned to their custody.  I was paid $1,800 per child I brought into care, with a $500.00 bonus if a child was in someway handicapped and a $10,000 bonus if a child was adopted out without parental consent. I am not proud of what I did and I am now trying to see that as many children as I can will be returned to their loving families.  This is why I am stepping forward to give testimony to what we headhunters do.  First, we located a family that fit the criteria.  Then watched that family for a circumstance that really happened, that was not really dangerous.  But, when which likely made it look likely abuse, neglect or some other endangerment was going on.  We then made written, sworn statements to the agencies we worked for and a warrant would then be issued for the child or children in that family to be removed from the family home.  

As headhunters, we often testified in court as to our allegations under oath and then to the false identity so that our names would not show as in a stream of cases before the court.  It has come to my attention that CPS and other agencies in the last month have doubled the  2010 – 11 children can be brought into care quota.  Instead of the approximately 240,000 children, the headhunter quota has risen from 80,000 souls and innocents 155 during this physical term. 

It sickens me that this is happening to innocent families, and I am determined to see that  those for whom I was responsible for falsifying records are returned home where possible.   I am at great risk doing this interview and would not have consented had Georgie had not agreed to keep my true identity hidden and my voice altered.  If she had not agreed to these terms I would not be granting this exclusive interview.  

With the economy as it is and the expected depression through by 2012, CPS and like organizations are doubling their quotas to stay in business and have no doubt for them this business is slowly monetary and has nothing to do with the safety of children in legitimate terms.  More children die in the hands of their foster parents than in the hands of their true parents for which I know I am responsible for the loss of life to these 11 of these children by falsifying records and statements. 

I am not proud of the work I did, nor of the money I earned.  All my efforts are now being put into bringing as many of these children home as possible.  I have been instrumental in having 22 children now returned to their rightful families and I continue to work on bringing more home.  To (x-x) I have to step forward slowly and cautiously because should it become known that I am the one known who is contacting judges and prosecutors and recanting my testimony I would be dead within weeks, if not days. 

As headhunters, we took a full week long course on how to spot vulnerable families,  how to falsify allegations, how to testify to CPS benefit.  This course also taught us that when children were taken into care the immediate program of separation of child from family would begin.  The child would be rewarded for compliance and punished for defiance.  A type of mind control would be used by foster parents even though these foster parents did not know they were being taught these skills during their training of two weeks. 

Foster parents only have criminal checks.  They are not interviewed by psychologists or trained personnel.  They merely have to express their want to be foster parents and follow the instructions of care and reward and punishment to keep the children in their care under their control.  The foster parent school is to separate the child from his or her parents as widely as possible.  

The child, when the prearranged telephone call or visit has not produced, the child is told your mother and father hate you, they don’t want you, that is why they never showed up.  We love you, we want you, you are safe with us as long as you follow our simple rules and expectations.  Very quickly most contact with birth parents and families is brought to very limited contact.  

Every session and visit is monitored and if the parent probes into the well being of their child, the foster parent is taught how to reprogram the child’s responses to such questions.  In essence, they are taught to forget their former families and accept foster homes or adoption as their only recourse to being truly loved. 

I have agreed to keep these interviews going with Georgie as I can to expose the system for the deceitful, despicable corporations that they are.  While I am not beyond being called those same names, I do hope parents realize the great danger I am currently putting myself in exposing CPS and other like agencies and their reprogramming of children’s lives.  As headhunters, we were aware that approximately 50% of children in foster homes are abused, sexually assaulted and mind controlled.  We worked for pay and put those statistics to the back of our minds, shoved that knowledge away, knowing we were not the perpetrators of these atrocities.  But the truth is, we put those children in harms way and are just as guilty as the foster parents who abuse these children on an ongoing and daily basis.  

While child protection agencies are aware of these atrocities, they also ignore them for the greater part as conditioning of children and separation (x-x) from real families plays a real part of reprogramming of these innocent minds.  I will continue this interview at later date.  Again my most humble apologies for the pain I have caused both parents and children for whom I was responsible in separating.

Every one of our detectives enjoys working with her and appreciates the skills and tenacity she brings to any case she is involved in.

She has earned the respect of our detectives for her willingness to take a stand if anyone proposes an idea that is not ethically acceptable in regards to the treatment of a child or in regards to the potentially conflicting responsibility of protecting parental rights. Becky has been a long standing partner to the McMinnville Police Department. She is able to quickly identify when there is a need for immediate action and promptly follows through with her responsibilities while staying aware of the roles that other agencies/partners will take. Becky is very aware of the importance of working as a team and understands we all have the common goal keeping children safe.

During the 2011 calendar year, Becky has assisted our detectives with many very difficult and intensive cases; many very significant sex abuse cases, including some with multiple victims in multiple families; and several other cases involving seriously injured babies often with no initially obvious suspects.

Becky has worked in DHS Child Welfare for over 27 years and assesses an average of approximately 144 cases of abuse or neglect per year. Over her career, this means she has worked nearly 4000 cases.
