Probe into toddler Phoenix Sinclair's murder could put social workers at risk: documents

Social workers involved in the Phoenix Sinclair case claim their personal safety will be at risk if their identities are disclosed at an upcoming public inquiry into the child's shocking murder.

Note: The poor things.  These social workers should be treated like any other criminal.  They should get no special treatment.  Nor should their identities be protected for safety purposes.  What they should do is treat them like any other predator, put a list with their names and photo's online, put posters around their neighborhoods... "This person steals children."

Law Would Strengthen Troops' Child Custody Rights

The House Armed Services Committee is trying to drum up Pentagon support for a bill that would strengthen servicemembers' rights in child custody disputes.

The committee has asked Defense Secretary Leon Panetta to endorse the Servicemember Family Protection Act, which would prevent family court judges from ruling against servicemembers in child custody cases based solely on their past or future deployments.
