We lost our appeal. At least technically we did. The judges didn't seem to even care enough to look into our case. Thank you for caring. I'm glad to know that innocent families are not only ignored, but deliberately blocked from their innocence. In the Matter of G. E. D. and J. D., Children. Department of Human Services v. L. M. D.

So sorry to hear this, you guys. I don't understand why a fact finder is allowed to blatantly disregard his position and deny an appeal without any information!
